Hampton Valley hits New Zealand: kiwi kids casting contest Terms and Conditions

By entering into the ‘Hampton Valley Hits New Zealand Kiwi Kids Casting’ competition, the entrant agrees to be bound by these conditions of entry. Entries must comply with these Terms & Conditions to be valid. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The information you provide will be used for Hampton and Harlow Equestrian social media pages in relation to the comic.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The “Promoter” is Hampton and Harlow Equestrian, 66 Mary St, Gympie QLD 4570, Australia.
2. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By entering into the Promotor’s ‘Hampton Valley Hits New Zealand Kiwi Kids Casting’ (“Competition”), the entrant agrees to be bound by these conditions of entry. Entries must comply with these Terms & Conditions to be valid.
3. This Competition is only open to eligible entrants (“Entrants”), being individuals who:
(i) are residents of New Zealand; and
(ii) are not employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the promotion; and
(iii) are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee, and anyone else professionally connected with this Competition; and
(i) are residents of New Zealand; and
(ii) are not employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the promotion; and
(iii) are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee, and anyone else professionally connected with this Competition; and
(iv) are at least 5 years old and no older than 16 on 7th April 2017 and have parent’s consent to enter this competition. (Consent forms will be sent out to the finalists to be signed by a parent or legal guardian for the release of your image/ video).
4. The Competition commences at 10.00am (NZDT) on Tuesday 7 March 2017 and closes at 11.59pm (NZDT) on Friday 7 April 2017 (“Competition Period”).
5. The ‘Hampton Valley Hits New Zealand Kiwi Kids Casting’ Winner (“Winner”) will then be selected, and notified by Friday 14 April 2017 on the Hampton and Harlow Equestrian Facebook page and by the email address provided upon entry.
6. To participate in the Competition, the Entrant, or the entrant’s parent/guardian, must during the Competition Period, follow this entry criteria:
- Send a photo of you on a horse or link to a video of you on a horse by email to [email protected] with your full name, address, contact telephone number and email address.
- All entrants, or the entrant’s parent/guardian, must then ‘like’ our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/hamptonandharlowequestrian). The finalists’ images will be uploaded to our Facebook page and the winner announced on our Facebook page and by the email address provided upon entry before or on 14 April 2017.
- Multiple entries will be accepted into the competition.
7. All entrants, or their parent/guardian, acknowledge than when sending photos and videos to Hampton and Harlow Equestrian, you are granting permission for the images and videos to be used by Hampton and Harlow Equestrian online at www.hhequestrian.com.au and our social media communications and in other media.
8. By submitting your photo you understand and agree that Hampton and Harlow Equestrian has no obligation to publish your photo. You must be the author/copyright holder of all image and video submitted.
9. There is no entry fee.

11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
12. The finalists and winner will be judged by the Hampton and Harlow Equestrian team. They will select the overall winner by the photo or video that stands out with the ‘quirkiest kiwi kid’.
13. As part of the prize, the one winner will have a cartoon character of themselves drawn by Hampton Valley’s comic illustrator and published in their upcoming comic which is set to be released around or after the end of April 2017. The professional illustrator will draw the cartoon to work in with our comic. No alterations are to be made on this illustration unless authorised by Hampton and Harlow Equestrian administration.
14. The one winner will also win NZD $500 worth of Hampton and Harlow Equestrian gear. Once the winner is announced they will need to provide Hampton and Harlow their clothing size and a representative from our company will have the clothing couriered to your New Zealand address.
